- Refunds
- No refunds or makeups without a doctor’s note
- Registration
- All program participants must check in at the front desk before entering the courts
- Rain-outs
- Rain-out determinations will be made at least 30 minutes before the start of any class
- If the lightning detector goes off, everyone must come off the courts
- Classes will be cancelled and considered a rain-out if the lightning detector is active for more than 15 minutes
- Refunds will be processed if a class is cancelled due to rain less than halfway through
- Court Reservations
- PTG reserves the right to adjust court reservations before their start time
- For adult leagues reserving courts in bulk weeks or months in advance, teams are required to pay for at least two people per court, regardless of attendance
- Minimum Attendance
- All programs will run the first week of every month
- If there are fewer than three participants signed up for any class after the first week, the class will be cancelled
- Unpaid Transactions
- Payment is due at the time of service for all programs, court reservations, and other transactions
