- How do I register online for a court?
At the top of the home page of our website there is a tab called “Book A Court”. Once Selected it will take you to all our locations, just select “Book A Court” again on the location you want and follow the prompts to sign the wavier, create your account and court preferences.
- How do I register online for a program?
Like reserving a court, at the top of our homepage there is a tab for “Book a Program”. Once selected it will take you to our clinics and camps search page. Find the clinic you would like to register for and select the blue “sign-up”. This will take you to the information page for the clinic, select “Register for this Program” and fill in the prompted questions with your preferences.
- What happens if it rains? Programs or Court Reservations?
Program – If you are registered for a program that gets cancelled due to weather complications, a makeup class will be credited to your account for rescheduling. The time limit to make up a class is one month from registration.
Court Reservation – If you reserved a court and the weather does not permit your attendance, please call or email the tennis shop and let us know that you will not be attending due to the weather and we will reschedule you your court reservation as soon as possible.
- What is your facility’s safety protocols for COVID?
Our courts are well ventilated since they are outside, but we do require social distancing and recommend wearing a mask. Please refer to our Safe Play Guidelines (https://www.playtennisgainesville.com/play-tennis-gainesville-safe-play-guidelines/) for more info.
- How do I reserve the ball machine online?
One of the prompts within the “Book a Court” process will ask you if you would like to add the ball machine with your reservation. Please select only courts 1 through 4.
- Do you string racquets? What is the turnaround time?
We do string racquets on sight. Our stringing fee is $15, and you can either provide us with strings or purchase strings from our selection. We always try to get racquets back within 2 to 3 days, but we will call you if it is finished any sooner.
- Can we borrow a junior racquet?
Yes, you can borrow a junior racquet that is cleaned before and after use. This is usually only for the interim between getting a personal racquet. We prefer that each participant has their own racquet in order to maximize safety.
- Do we accept cash or card?
Due to card becoming a more cleanly and readily available payment, at this time we will only be accepting card.
